In order to log into your account, you'll need the email address you used to sign up with and your password. If you forgot your password, no worries! Just follow the steps below to reset your password.
- To log into your Surround account, please go to the Agent Portal and click Sign In at the top right hand corner.
- Click on the Forgot my password link under the email address box and enter your email address. You'll then receive a reset password email with instructions to reset your password.
Tips: Can't find the reset password email in your inbox? Please be sure to check your Spam or Junk folders.
