Prospect didn't receive an email from Surround? Check out these steps for troubleshooting the problem.
1. Have the prospect double check the spam folder for that email address
Some email clients can be quite aggressive, maybe the email just got detoured!
2. Double check that you entered the correct email address
Letters and numbers can sometimes get rearranged, it happens. If you did input the wrong email, just enter the correct email address to kick off a new quote.
If you did get the email correct the first time, the system will let you know that prospect cannot start a new quote. You can resend the sign up email from your Agent Portal. Search for their name, and click the mail icon or Resend to generate a new email to the prospect.
