In our Agent Portal, we display your name, phone number, and email address. You can change your phone number at any time to either a cell phone or landline. You may also update your preferred first name if you want to be addressed by something other than your legal first name. You can't change your email address yourself at this time - please contact us for assistance.
How to change your contact information
1) The module with your information is on the homepage of your portal. Choose Edit to start changing the contact information your prospect and members can access.
2) Type in the new information in the open fields in the Edit your info module. You must choose Save to make the changes visible to your prospects and members.
